About the role

What you’ll do

• Administer and optimize the Product Lifecycle Management platform
• Oversee platform configuration, governance, and releases
• Coordinate vendor relationship and operational support
• Provide user support and manage reporting
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders
• Translate business needs into system capabilities and solutions

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Five years of experience administering enterprise business platforms, workflow systems, product lifecycle systems, or healthcare operational systems
• Familiarity with healthcare/managed care and knowledge of Medicaid, Medicare, Military/Veteran products, Marketplace, or government-sponsored programs
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with enterprise application administration, workflow and business process management, user security and access governance, configuration management, and release/change management
• Experience with Pega Product Composer System (PCS) or similar Product Lifecycle Management platforms preferred
