About the role

What you’ll do

• Translate stakeholder needs into functional specifications for Veeva CRM enhancements
• Support CRM enhancements and business process improvements in life sciences
• Support testing, release planning, and regression testing in GxP-regulated environments
• Prepare and execute UAT, coordinate business users, and obtain final sign-off
• Maintain application operations, documentation, user guides, and release communications
• Assess vendor release impacts and manage incident triage and ticket management

What you’ll need

• 6–8 years of business analysis experience, including 4+ years with Veeva CRM / Vault CRM in life sciences
• Strong understanding of CRM business processes including call planning & reporting, events management, sample management, and consent
• Experience gathering requirements, writing user stories, defining acceptance criteria, and creating process maps
• Experience with managed services or application support across L1, L2, and L3 tiers, incident triage, and ticket management
• Working knowledge of Veeva Network, HCP/HCO master data, CRM data flows, and aggregate spend reporting
• Understanding of GxP, CSV/CSA, 21 CFR Part 11, and EU Annex 11
