What you’ll do

Ship changes end to end and measure their impact
What you’ll need
3+ years of full-stack engineering experience, ideally on a growth, monetization, or activation team
Significant Svelte or React experience
Strong quantitative instincts with SQL and experiment design
Track record of shipping changes that moved a metric
Comfort owning projects from hypothesis to shipped, measured impact
AI-native: actively uses AI and agents to multiply output
