Pinterest seeks a Senior Staff Technical Program Manager to lead company-level search and relevance programs, drive technical execution and AI adoption, and shape the future of search and personalization.
What you’ll do
Lead company-level programs across offsite signals, content understanding, search, and relevance
Drive strategic roadmaps, technical execution, and cross-organizational alignment
Influence company OKRs and shape search and personalization strategy
Apply AI-first workflow design to accelerate planning and program operations
Turn repeatable program work into durable, low-toil mechanisms
Operate within AI governance expectations and ensure safety-by-design
What you’ll need
BS in a technical discipline or equivalent experience with 10+ years in technical or analytical roles
Demonstrated ability to lead transformational, company-level programs impacting multiple OKRs
Deep technical breadth in search, recommendation systems, ML/AI, and large-scale data integration
AI-forward execution mindset using GenAI to accelerate planning, operations, and communications
Proven track record of influencing at the VP/staff level and driving consensus
Experience with legal, privacy, and regulatory compliance in data-driven environments
