About the role
Anchorage Digital is seeking a Senior Product Manager to build its real-world-asset tokenization hub, co-owning product design and the technical roadmap while shaping issuer and investor experiences across tokenized assets.
What you’ll do
Co-own product design and technical roadmap for the tokenization hub
Shape issuer and investor experiences across tokenized assets
Work with engineering, clients, and commercial teams
Meet with institutional prospects and clients to discover needs and demo product direction
Influence commercial outcomes
Navigate regulatory and partner dependencies on product launches
What you’ll need
Track record owning a technical product roadmap end-to-end in regulated financial services
Deep working knowledge of blockchain infrastructure and institutional digital asset products
Experience shipping platform products with partner, regulatory, and engineering dependencies
Comfort and appetite for client-facing work
Bias for ownership and execution in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
Product design judgment across two-sided issuer and investor experiences
