About the role
Samsara is seeking a Senior Supply Planning Manager to lead global hardware supply planning, developing production, shipment, and capacity plans. This remote role works cross-functionally to balance inventory costs and customer service using planning systems and data.

What you’ll need
Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Finance, or Economics
6+ years (or 4+ with Master's) combined experience in consulting and supply chain planning, material planning, or inventory management
Experience building supply plans against factory capacity and component constraints, including capacity planning and Clear to Build
Excellent analytical skills and ability to clearly lay out assumptions, risks, and opportunities in logical models
Strong communication skills for planners, factory contacts, and executives
Working knowledge of ERP and planning systems such as NetSuite and E2Open, Salesforce, and spreadsheet-based modeling
