What you’ll do

• Lead scheduling teams and complex program planning activities
• Advise business and program leadership on schedule performance and risk
• Advance integrated program controls and scheduling practices
• Develop workforce strategy, technical capability, and organizational standards for scheduling
• Lead cross-program or enterprise-level improvement initiatives
• Brief senior leaders and influence strategic scheduling decisions

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree with 12+ years related experience, or graduate degree with 10+, or 16 years in lieu of degree
• 8+ years in Program Planning and Scheduling supporting large, complex programs
• Advanced knowledge of Integrated Master Schedule development, critical-path analysis, forecasting, and schedule performance analysis
• Strong working knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVMS) and integrated schedule/cost/technical/risk data
• Experience leading complex scheduling activities: baselines, replans, proposals, schedule recovery, and Schedule Risk Assessments
• Advanced experience with Microsoft Project and enterprise scheduling/data analytics tools, plus experience leading scheduling organizations
