Bachelor's degree in C.S., Computer Engineering, or related field
10+ years of progressive product management experience developing enterprise B2B software
3+ years in a senior product leadership role in large product industrial distribution, managing 5+ digital products with $50M+ annual revenue
Experience managing annual technology budgets of $5M+ with documented 3x ROI
Experience implementing modular system architecture using microservices, API-first design, and event-driven architecture across 3+ enterprise-scale implementations
Experience developing and deploying AI-powered solutions including LLM integration, RAG, and Agentic orchestration
