Lead core product engineering teams and ensure high-quality software delivery
Develop engineering talent and drive performance management and career growth
Set clear priorities and keep teams aligned as requirements evolve
Drive technical direction and navigate tradeoffs with pragmatic, incremental delivery
Influence across functions without formal authority
Partner with Staff or Principal engineers on technical direction
What you’ll need
6–8+ years managing software engineers and leading teams that ship production software at scale
Strong engineering foundation with the ability to go deep in technical discussions
Experience building production web/cloud applications in modern stacks (e.g., Python, TypeScript/JavaScript, React, distributed systems)
Excellent execution, stakeholder management, and communication across technical and non-technical audiences
Experience in healthtech, healthcare data, or regulated environments (HIPAA, PHI, SOC 2), with familiarity in radiology workflows or clinical systems
Experience leading teams working with ML/AI systems in production and partnering with Staff or Principal engineers
