Maven Clinic seeks a Director to own GTM operations and architecture, including Salesforce strategy, systems design, data governance, and reporting. The role partners with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering while building and leading a hands-on team.
What you’ll do
Own the strategy, systems, design, and reporting powering the commercial engine
Lead Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools and processes
Improve data quality and governance
Partner with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and Engineering to deliver scalable workflows and reporting
Build automation and AI-enabled tooling to replace manual GTM and revenue operations work
Build and lead a team while remaining a deeply hands-on operator
What you’ll need
8+ years across Salesforce architecture, revenue operations, or GTM systems at a B2B SaaS or healthcare company
Deep hands-on Salesforce architecture skills, including account hierarchies and object models for complex B2B organizations
Experience integrating Salesforce with data warehouse, BI, billing, and GTM tooling such as Looker, BigQuery, NetSuite, Gong, ZoomInfo, and Clay
Proficiency in Looker or equivalent BI with ownership of recurring reporting and QA
Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect credentials, or related designer certifications; familiarity with Apex
Active US work authorization and experience with high-growth healthcare or healthcare benefits, including end-to-end migrations
