About the role

The role manages vendor relationships, releases, and ROI while ensuring responsible AI deployment across the firm.
What you’ll do
Own product strategy and roadmap for enterprise generative AI platforms
Manage vendors, governance, releases, and cross-functional delivery
Partner with legal, technical, and business stakeholders to deploy AI responsibly
Drive adoption, utilization, and ROI across assigned AI products
Define product/adoption metrics and prepare executive reporting
Synthesize user feedback, business requirements, and technology trends into product decisions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree; 7+ years overall experience and 5+ years in product management, legal technology, AI, or related disciplines
Product/platform ownership experience for enterprise technology, including roadmap, releases, vendors, and cross-functional delivery
Strong knowledge of generative AI and experience governing AI in regulated/professional services
Experience managing external technology vendors and driving adoption/ROI
Strong stakeholder management, communication, change-management, and project management skills
Direct experience with Claude, Harvey, or similar legal AI platforms strongly preferred
