About the role

What you’ll do
Own revenue cycle management and personal care product capabilities end-to-end
Drive improvements to billing, claims, payer workflows, scheduling, verification, and authorizations
Partner with cross-functional teams across the product lifecycle
Apply healthcare domain and compliance judgment to product decisions
Manage product from discovery through launch and iteration
What you’ll need
4+ years of product management experience
Working knowledge of healthcare revenue cycle (billing, claims, eligibility, denials, AR)
Familiarity with post-acute care, home health, hospice, or personal care operations
Experience managing product full lifecycle from discovery to launch and iteration
Strong communication and data-driven decision-making skills
Right to work in the U.S. without immigration sponsorship
