About the role

What you’ll do
Perform quality assurance activities for advanced reactor programs
Support regulatory and customer compliance through supplier and internal audits
Review and develop QA processes and documents
Participate in quality improvement activities
Participate in risk management activities
What you’ll need
8-10 years' experience in a nuclear (NRC, DOE) QA function regulated by USNRC
Current NQA-1 Lead Auditor certification, NRC vendor inspector, or ability to certify within one year
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience in technical, business, management, or QA field
Extensive experience with evaluation and qualification of NQA-1 commercial supply chain suppliers
Experience applying a graded approach to quality in design and construction environments
Experience with industry codes and standards such as ASME, AWS, AISC, ASTM, EPRI, NEI, ISO, NEC, and IEEE
