About the role
Old National Bank is seeking an experienced Application Developer III to act as the technical authority for the Abrigo platform, configuring and optimizing risk management and lending solutions. This role translates business needs into configurations, leads configuration analysts, and supports integrations and platform environments.
What you’ll do

Serve as the platform's technical authority
Translate business requirements into scalable configurations
Lead configuration analysts supporting the platform
Support API-based integrations and data mapping between financial systems
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
5+ years configuring enterprise financial software platforms, preferably Abrigo (Sageworks, Banker's Toolbox, or MST)
Working knowledge of commercial lending workflows, credit analysis processes, and risk management concepts
Experience with API-based integrations and data mapping between financial systems
Strong SQL skills for data validation, reporting, and troubleshooting
2+ years of people leadership experience preferred
