About the role
AlphaSense is hiring a Senior Director to lead Salesforce and broader revenue systems strategy, architecture, and engineering, building a high-performing team and ensuring the platform scales reliably and securely for the go-to-market organization.
What you’ll do

What you’ll need
10+ years in enterprise technology, systems engineering, platform engineering, or related discipline
5+ years leading Salesforce engineering, architecture, or administration teams
Strong Salesforce platform knowledge across architecture, development, integrations, data, security, and automation
Experience establishing modern Salesforce development and release practices including CI/CD and automated testing
Experience leading Salesforce transformation in a high-growth or scaling organization
Strong communication, collaboration, and executive stakeholder engagement skills
