About the role
Smart Tech Contracting is hiring a remote BAS/Controls Assistant Project Manager to support construction and design project coordination, scheduling, administration, and stakeholder communication for data center BAS and EPMS solutions. The role involves using project management tools, ensuring documentation accuracy, and leveraging AI to improve workflows.
What you’ll do
Coordinate construction and design projects
Manage project scheduling and administration
Communicate with project stakeholders
Prepare and analyze documents, reports, and correspondence
Follow company and site safety requirements
Plan and delegate work of others
What you’ll need
B.A./B.S. degree or equivalent construction experience (two years of related experience in lieu of degree)
Minimum three years of related field experience
Knowledge of MS Project and Procore
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
Experience with BAS controls (Johnson Controls, Honeywell, Niagara Tridium) preferred
