What you’ll do
Develop the shared AI platform, including agent workflows, retrieval, APIs, and interfaces.
Partner with product teams to bring reliable AI features into production.
What you’ll need
6+ years building and shipping production software, with recent experience at a senior level.
Strong Python backend experience with FastAPI, Pydantic, and async services.
Solid TypeScript and React skills, and experience building reusable components or SDKs.
Hands-on experience building with LLMs in production, such as tool calling, RAG, or agent workflows.
Experience with retrieval and search, such as vector databases (pgvector), hybrid search, chunking, or reranking.
Good working knowledge of PostgreSQL and data modelling, including performance and migrations.
