About the role
PLOS is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to translate financial data into actionable insights, manage budgeting and forecasting, and support organizational decisions during a period of transformation. The role requires strong financial planning and accounting knowledge, advanced Excel and budgeting systems skills, and interest in applying AI to daily work.

What you’ll need
4-7 years of progressive experience in Financial Planning & Analysis, Finance, or Accounting
Expert-level proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Experience with budgeting systems such as Netsuite Planning and Budgeting, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning
Understanding of GAAP, general ledger structures, and financial statement mechanics
Strong communication skills to translate financial information for non-financial stakeholders
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred
