About the role

What you’ll do

• Own the G&A application portfolio and SOX IT controls over those systems
• Lead the NetSuite extension for commercial launch
• Oversee enterprise applications and their integrations
• Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, Compliance, and Internal Audit
• Hire and develop staff, set priorities, and manage budgets
• Manage vendors, implementation partners, and managed service providers

What you’ll need

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, information systems, or related field
• 12+ years of IT experience in biotech or life sciences, including 5+ years leading enterprise applications or business systems at a public company under SOX
• Led an ERP implementation or significant extension through an implementation partner, with working familiarity with NetSuite and ADP
• Deep knowledge of SOX IT general controls and application controls, with experience working directly with internal and external auditors
• Experience with HRIS/payroll, learning management, procurement, expense, and FP&A platforms, plus SaaS integration, cybersecurity, and data privacy
• Experience supporting commercial launch readiness, including order-to-cash, inventory, 3PL/distribution, gross-to-net, serialization/DSCSA, and finance data warehousing
