About the role
PathAI is hiring a Staff Product Manager to own the AI product roadmap, translating AI/ML discoveries into clinical and research products while navigating regulatory pathways in digital pathology. The role requires deep healthcare and life sciences product management experience with a focus on SaMD and cross-functional coordination.

What you’ll need
Degree in a technical/scientific field (CS, computational biology, biomedical engineering, biology, or related)
7+ years of product management experience launching and scaling AI/ML, data science, or bioinformatics products
Experience in healthcare, life sciences, digital pathology, or biotech product development
Understanding of the end-to-end AI/ML product lifecycle (model development, dataset curation, evaluation, monitoring)
Experience with Software as a Medical Device (SaMD) and regulatory frameworks (FDA 510(k)/PMA, CE-IVD)
Expertise in oncology, histopathology, or biomarker discovery, plus experience with translational research, biopharma partnerships, or clinical trials
