About the role
CVC Marathon is hiring a Vice President of Technical Management for its Aviation Finance group. This role will support technical diligence, pricing, transaction execution, and post-closing portfolio management for aircraft and engine leases, requiring deep expertise in maintenance programs and lease technical provisions.
What you’ll do
Support technical diligence for aircraft and engine leases
Assist with pricing and transaction execution
Manage post-closing portfolio management
Assess shop visit workscopes and maintenance event costs
Evaluate commercial and economic impacts of maintenance
Ensure compliance with maintenance reserve and redelivery provisions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or relevant technical discipline
4–8 years' experience in an aviation technical role at an aircraft lessor or OEM
Technical knowledge of aircraft and engine maintenance and its commercial/economic impacts
Knowledge of maintenance programs for CFM56, V2500, LEAP, and PW1100G engines
Working knowledge of lease technical provisions (maintenance reserves, return conditions, redelivery)
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills; coachable team player
