About the role

What you’ll do
Lead development of collaborative cloud-connected SaaS and customer-managed single-tenant applications
Provide hands-on technical leadership across the software development lifecycle
Collaborate with product and engineering partners to deliver products
Manage and grow a team of 5+ engineers
Drive cloud-native and microservices architecture adoption
Oversee CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code implementation
What you’ll need
12+ years in industry with progressive growth in responsibility
4+ years technical leadership managing teams of 5+ engineers
Strong leadership, emotional intelligence, and organizational skills
Experience with AWS including EC2, S3, SQS, SNS, Kinesis, ELB, and Lambda
Experience with microservices in containerized environments and infrastructure as code integrated into CI/CD pipelines
Strong skills in at least one of GoLang, C# on .NET, or Python, plus REST API and web protocol knowledge
