What you’ll do
Oversee customer delivery portfolios across robotics product lines
Develop project management capability and delivery frameworks
Manage and lead project managers and technical leads
Build, scale, and standardize project management frameworks, tools, and processes
Drive operational transformation and lead high-performing teams through growth
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Robotics, Mechanical, Electrical, Systems Engineering) or related technical field
12+ years of progressive technical project/program management experience, with 4+ years of direct people leadership
Proven track record managing complex, multi-disciplinary technology integrations in customer-facing environments
Deep expertise in project/portfolio management, resource forecasting, critical path methodology, and risk management
High technical fluency across hardware/software integration, controls, network architecture, and customer site operations
Strong executive presence and communication skills
