About the role
ECS is seeking a Deputy Program Manager/Business Analyst to support a Marine Corps M&RA client in Quantico, VA. The role bridges business and technical teams, manages project delivery, and develops integrated schedules and deliverables.
What you’ll do
Support program execution and client relationships
Translate business needs into technical requirements
Coordinate project delivery
Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, milestones, and deliverables
Execute, monitor, and manage projects to on-budget, high-quality completion
Collaborate with internal teams, external providers, and subcontractors on scope, schedule, cost, and quality
What you’ll need
PMP certification
Bachelor's degree in Business or related discipline
Active Public Trust clearance or ability to obtain one
Experience with project tracking tools such as MS Project, Jira, Smartsheet, and SharePoint
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Project and Planner
Experience bridging business and technical teams
