About the role
IBM seeks an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Functional Lead to drive Core HR and Compensation implementations for clients, covering design, configuration, testing, and delivery. The role requires deep Oracle HCM Cloud expertise and full lifecycle project experience.
What you’ll do
Provide subject matter expertise and advisory services for Oracle HCM Cloud
Lead client-facing design, configuration, testing, and delivery efforts
Manage and deliver full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations
Support Core HR and Compensation implementation projects
Execute projects through analysis, design, configuration, testing, and cutover
What you’ll need
Minimum 4-8 years as an Oracle HCM Cloud Implementation Lead
Minimum 5 full lifecycle HCM Cloud implementations, including 3 focused on Core HR and Compensation
Proven ability to lead and deliver full lifecycle projects
Ability to work without current or future visa sponsorship
Public Sector (K-12, Federal/State/Local) experience highly preferred
Current Oracle Cloud Certification in Core HR, Compensation, or other HCM modules ideal
