About the role
This role supports business and system solutions by analyzing requirements, coordinating with stakeholders, and assisting with process improvements and user training.
What you’ll do
Produce communication plans and RACI charts
Produce informative status reports to project stakeholders and direct supervisor
Define and manage technical implementations on small or minor projects
Explain, coach, and advise end users on proper configuration and system usage
Deconstruct business processes into system workflows and decision trees
Translate business processes into system requirements
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
Experience with Microsoft Online (O365/M365) environment
Experience gathering and analyzing solution requirements with stakeholders
Experience analyzing business processes and developing data models
Experience with Visio and project management software (MS Project, Planner, DevOps)
