About the role
UC Irvine Health seeks an IT Architect to create high-quality solution designs that align with enterprise standards and support business, information, application, and infrastructure needs. The role focuses on integrating systems across the health system, including Epic and third-party applications, while leading architecture governance and complex projects.
Integrate applications across all facets of the health system
Lead governance decision making and development of end-to-end processes
Determine how technology can be applied to meet business needs
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in related area and/or equivalent experience and training
10+ years experience architecting, developing, deploying, and supporting complex computing applications in a medium to large scale environment
Demonstrated experience integrating applications across a health system including Billing, Registration, HIM, Inpatient, Ambulatory, Emergency/Urgent Cares, and Surgical areas
HL7 integration of third-party systems with an EMR/Epic
Previous project management / lead experience
Must be able to provide proof of work authorization
