About the role
Upbound Group is hiring a CRM HTML Designer/Developer to create, test, and deploy responsive email campaigns and personalized customer journeys. This entry-level onsite role in Plano, TX requires strong email coding, QA, and ESP platform skills.
What you’ll do
Create, code, test, and deploy responsive CRM email campaigns
Develop personalized customer journeys to improve engagement and retention
Collaborate across departments on email and retention initiatives
Perform rigorous cross-client QA and brand stewardship
Build and maintain modular email systems and documentation
Use A/B testing and performance insights to inform design changes
What you’ll need
1 year coding responsive, table-based HTML/CSS for email with rigorous cross-client QA
Deep familiarity with email-specific constraints and fluid-hybrid/mobile-first methods
Hands-on ESP campaign setup in platforms such as Zeta, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Braze, Iterable, Klaviyo, Mailchimp, or HubSpot
Dynamic content scripting with AMPscript, Liquid, or Velocity
Experience building modular email systems and maintaining documentation
Working knowledge of deliverability, A/B testing, animated assets, and omni-channel/CDP concepts
