What you’ll need
BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in mainframe technologies including COBOL, JCL, DB2, Datacom, SQL, CICS, and related tools
10+ years of software development experience with at least 3+ years in a lead/co-lead role
3-4 years with tools such as Control-M, ChangeMan, FileAid, Startool, STARBAT, Xpeditor, TOAD, and SPUFI
Experience in the financial industry, specifically brokerage transactions, balances, positions, and Books & Records systems
Experience with AI tools/agents, legacy application modernization, and mentoring development teams
