What you’ll need
8+ years in recruiting operations/coordination or related HR role, with 5+ years in people-leadership including managing people-managers
Builder's mindset: has tested, prototyped, or built AI/automation tools or workflows
Led a team through a major recruiting technology transition, including change management
Data-driven: used data to run recruiting operations, set baselines, and measure before-and-after impact; track record of improving candidate/employee experience at scale
Working knowledge of LLM APIs, prompt engineering, or AI-augmented workflows
Direct experience with HR and recruiting platforms; strong executive stakeholder management across Recruiting, PeopleTech, and Business partners
