What you’ll do
Provide enterprise business architecture leadership and governance for Pega platform services and shared frameworks
Design standardized workflows and reusable business components
Support delivery teams and review designs and documentation
Establish and advance Pega Center of Excellence (COE) governance and enterprise intake processes
Standardize requirements and Direct-as-Design practices
Drive enterprise automation and operational efficiency
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field
8+ years of experience preferably in a large banking or financial institution environment
Pega Business Architect (LBA) certification and expertise
Experience establishing Pega COE governance, reusable business assets, and enterprise intake processes
Advanced Business Process Analysis, Direct-as-Design, and Requirements Standardization skills
Understanding of regulatory and risk controls in a shared platform environment
