About the role
Fitch Group seeks a Senior Full Stack AI Engineer to design and develop cloud-native, AI-enabled customer-facing applications, including GenAI/LLM solutions, microservices, and data pipelines, collaborating with product stakeholders and maintaining engineering standards.
What you’ll do
Design and develop cloud-native, customer-facing applications and AI-enabled solutions
Build GenAI/LLM applications, microservices, data pipelines, and web products
Collaborate with product stakeholders to deliver technical solutions
Maintain engineering standards and best practices
Support testing, CI/CD, and DevSecOps practices
Mentor engineers and influence technical standards across teams
What you’ll need
7+ years of software engineering experience with strong backend development in Java and Python
Strong hands-on experience building scalable backend services with Spring Boot, FastAPI, or similar
5+ years designing scalable web applications using React and TypeScript
Proven experience building and supporting microservices-based architectures in cloud-native environments
Hands-on experience designing and deploying AI/ML solutions in production
Experience with generative AI concepts and frameworks like LangChain and LangGraph, including embeddings, vector stores, and RAG
