About the role
King County's Business Resource Center seeks an FPS Deployment Manager to lead deployment and release coordination for enterprise financial and procurement systems, managing readiness, communications, and improvements while ensuring quality, stability, and compliance.
What you’ll do
Coordinate deployments and release cycles for enterprise financial and procurement systems
Manage deployment readiness and cross-functional coordination
Facilitate communications across teams and business partners
Drive process improvement and operational maturity initiatives
Support system quality, stability, and compliance
Analyze system impacts and collaborate with technical teams and end users
What you’ll need
Background in business systems analysis, enterprise system integrations, or financial application support
Experience managing deployments or release cycles for integrated enterprise systems
Experience with Oracle EBS, Oracle ERP Cloud, Oracle Cx, Oracle EPM, Oracle Fusion, or SAP Concur
Strong understanding of ERP release cycles, Cloud Patch cadence, and vendor update processes
Proficiency with work management tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, ServiceNow, or Kanban systems
Demonstrated success leading cross-functional teams through complex deployments or system upgrades
