What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in L&D, instructional design, education, HR, OD, business, communications, or related field
At least eight years of progressively responsible experience in L&D or related discipline
Experience as an L&D business partner or internal learning consultant
Experience designing digital/e-learning courses and managing LMS content
Strong knowledge of adult learning theory, instructional design, performance consulting, and learning evaluation
Strong consulting, facilitation, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
