About the role

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in business, economics, statistics, information systems, or a related field completed recently or this year
Comfort with spreadsheets including XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting, and filtering
Strong attention to detail and habit of double-checking records before making changes
Curiosity about AI tools and a habit of verifying their output
Clear written communication and ability to juggle multiple requests with a sense of urgency
Strong integrity and ethics for handling sensitive/confidential data; experience with a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce
