What you’ll do
Administer leave, disability, and accommodation cases from notice to return to work
Coordinate with employees, managers, internal teams, and external providers
Support benefits administration and compliance with applicable policies and laws
What you’ll need
BS/BA and 2+ years relevant experience or MS/MA or higher
Knowledge of leave, disability, benefits, medical, legal, or HR practices
Experience with FMLA, ADA accommodations, Washington PFML, short-term disability, USERRA, or other state leave programs
General knowledge of benefits administration
Strong communication, organization, customer service, and follow-through skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and experience with HRIS/Oracle/leave-management systems
