What you’ll do
Design, build, integrate, and deploy AI-driven solutions
Develop intelligent agents and advanced prompting systems
Integrate AI tools into day-to-day workflows
Automate written unit and integration tests
Work in a fast-paced, collaborative Agile/Scrum environment
Mentor junior team members and provide reviews
What you’ll need
8+ years of experience in software development
Expertise with Object Oriented concepts
Experience integrating AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) into workflows
Experience with AI-enabled tooling: Prompt Engineering for code, Cursor, Claude Sonnet
Proficiency in back-end, front-end, mobile, database, and cloud technologies
Strong communication skills, mentoring experience, and a bachelor's degree in a relevant field
