About the role

What you’ll do
Provide day-to-day technical support
Maintain IT systems
Assist with cloud adoption and system upgrades
Contribute to cybersecurity and compliance initiatives, including CMMC readiness

What you’ll need
Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation
Experience troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues
Strong understanding of Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and basic networking concepts
Experience with help desk ticketing systems (e.g., Freshservice, ServiceNow, Jira)
Familiarity with cloud platforms such as Microsoft 365 or Azure and PowerShell/scripting/automation
