What you’ll do

Partner with hospital staff to analyze and document prior authorization workflows

Optimize workflows for Humata's automation platform
Map workflows end-to-end and identify bottlenecks
Synthesize large data volumes to make informed decisions
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or related field
3+ years hands-on prior authorization experience
Epic systems knowledge including referrals, work queues, and coverage
Hands-on data analysis experience with referral volumes by service line/payer
Ability to document current-state and future-state processes succinctly
Comfort with ambiguity and shifting priorities in a start-up environment
