What you’ll need
7+ years of progressive recruiting or talent acquisition experience
Proven success managing full-cycle recruiting across positions and business functions
Strong sourcing, interviewing, assessment, and talent pipeline development skills
Hands-on experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably SuccessFactors
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Communications, Business, or a related field
