1+ year writing requirements for ServiceNow implementation or major enhancement
Background in IT or cybersecurity
Working knowledge of vulnerability management lifecycle and cybersecurity best practices
Agile experience
Hands-on ServiceNow configuration experience
Strong written and verbal communication
