About the role
Design electrical systems for Federal and DoD building projects as part of a multidisciplinary engineering team. This remote role offers the chance to work on critical national infrastructure with opportunities across multiple market sectors.
What you’ll do
Design electrical systems including power distribution, lighting, telecommunications, grounding, and specialty systems
Perform engineering analysis, calculations, evaluations, and system modeling
Prepare construction documents, specifications, and technical design packages
Collaborate with multidisciplinary project teams for coordinated design solutions
Support site investigations, field assessments, construction support, and commissioning
Provide guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers and designers
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical emphasis
5+ years of related electrical engineering experience
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
U.S. Citizenship required
Experience with SKM, EasyPower, AGi32, or ElumTools
Familiarity with Revit and Building Information Modeling (BIM)
