What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Finance, or related field
10+ years of progressive technology delivery, engineering, platform management, or digital transformation experience
5+ years of leadership experience with multidisciplinary employees and contractors
Experience in consumer lending, auto finance, loan origination, underwriting, servicing, or a related regulated financial-services domain
Strong knowledge of Agile, quality engineering, DevSecOps, release management, observability, and production support
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendors, capacity, delivery risks, and competing priorities
