About the role

What you’ll need
Minimum 8 years in People Analytics, workforce analytics, business analytics, or a related field
Strong SQL and data-modeling capability
Experience combining and analyzing data from multiple systems
Experience building dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, or a comparable platform
Strong data storytelling and executive communication skills
Strong understanding of data quality, metric governance, privacy, and responsible data use
