What you’ll need
8–12+ years of overall experience
Meaningful experience in Insurance or Financial Services
Strong understanding of at least one major insurance domain such as underwriting, claims, pricing, distribution, policy administration, or portfolio management
Experience owning or shaping AI, analytics, data, or digital products/use cases
Working knowledge of GenAI and modern AI solution patterns
Strong client-facing communication, workshop facilitation, and stakeholder-management skills
