About the role
This role leads business performance management and strategy for Roehm's Methacrylate Resins Americas Business Unit, building and operating the business management system with planning, reporting, pricing, and analytics. It provides cross-functional leadership and decision-ready insights as an autonomous individual contributor.

Build and operate the business management system
Integrate planning, performance reporting, pricing and profitability analytics
Provide market intelligence and inventory analysis
Govern strategic projects and initiatives
Deliver decision-ready insights to senior leadership
Manage cross-functional priorities and strategic projects
What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Supply Chain, Data Analytics or related field
7+ years of experience in business performance management, FP&A, commercial excellence, business planning, pricing, analytics, strategy and operations or business transformation
Experience designing and implementing processes, models or management routines from the ground up
Experience as an autonomous individual contributor in a matrix organization
Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, variance analysis and scenario planning
Strong Power BI, Power Query and data-modeling capability
