About the role

What you’ll do

• Own a product domain within the care delivery platform and service operations
• Lead product strategy and development from discovery through rollout and optimization
• Build technology-enabled workflows for interdisciplinary care teams
• Collaborate with clinical, technical, business, and external stakeholders
• Manage agile product development cycles in close partnership with software engineering pods

What you’ll need

• 5+ years of product management experience in tech-enabled healthcare companies or healthcare technology startups
• Direct experience building tech-enabled care delivery models and feature development for patients, providers, and clinical staff
• Proven experience leading product initiatives across the full product lifecycle from discovery through post-launch optimization
• Strong experience managing agile product development cycles in partnership with software engineering pods
• Knowledge of Medicare/Medicare Advantage, value-based care, quality metrics (HEDIS, STARS), and risk-bearing entity operations; hands-on experience with AI tooling and AI-enabled product features
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and located in the continental US for the duration of employment
