About the role
QC Capital Group is seeking a Director of Investor Relations & Capital Formation to lead fundraising across private equity, private credit, and real asset offerings, building investor relationships and managing compliance.
What you’ll do
Own the full fundraising cycle
Build private wealth and institutional investor relationships

What you’ll need
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or related field
5+ years experience in investor relations, capital raising, or private wealth
Proven success raising capital from RIAs, family offices, and institutions
Experience with Regulation D and SEC compliance
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship management skills
Proficiency in CRM platforms, investor portals, and reporting systems
