About the role
Join an Austin-based SaaS company as an Agentic AI Product Engineer to own the Agentic AI roadmap and build production-grade agents on systems of record. This role requires deep agentic AI expertise, a track record of shipping agents in SaaS, and strong Python or TypeScript engineering skills.
What you’ll do
Own the Agentic AI roadmap
Build initial production agents and their underlying harness
Maintain monitoring and continuous-improvement processes
Turn messy workflows into agent specs with clear success metrics
Stay at the cutting edge of new models, patterns, and tooling
Monitor competitor agent roadmaps and the AI community
What you’ll need
Deep, demonstrated knowledge of Agentic AI
Track record of shipping agents in production for paying SaaS customers
Hands-on with building, monitoring, observing, evaluating, metering, and costing LLM systems
Comfortable in Python or TypeScript with APIs, event-driven services, and cloud infrastructure
Experience with multi-tenant SaaS data and security/isolation for agent access
Experience with document-heavy workflows and deep search/intelligence agents
