What you’ll need

Working knowledge of benefits administration and carrier portals such as Fidelity PSW, Cigna, and Unum
Familiarity with payroll accounting, reconciliations, and budget processes; strong Excel, communication, and problem-solving skills
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; banking or professional services experience preferred
